When entrusted with the sale of your property, we call on our extensive knowledge to guide your decisions, rather than make them for you -
allowing you a feeling of control.
You have the rare option of choosing the times we "open" your home
for inspection and offer hour long opens allowing potential buyers
to soak up what it is that makes your home so special.
Additionally, we won't be rushing off to our next property,
we are happy to stay and discuss feedback with you.
Private or Public Sale?
Not everyone is comfortable with the traditional "Open House" or
"Open For Inspection", and for some, the thought of a public
auction can be incredibly daunting.
The McCourt Agency will gladly offer private,
"By Appointment Only" viewings and
"Sale By Negotiation".
Or you would prefer everyone to see your beautiful property - we can arrange "Open for Inspection" times and days that suit you.
